Coaching That Puts You First

Hi, I'm Ilan — and to me, Elite Swimming isn't just a business. It's a reflection of what I believe in, guided by a genuine commitment to quality, safety, and care for every swimmer I work with.

I've been in the water since I was 10 years old — 11 years of swimming that shaped who I am. I competed from ages 12 to 14, and that experience taught me not just how to swim, but how to learn, push through challenges, and grow with the sport. Now at 21, I channel everything that swimming has given me into teaching the next generation.

I work with swimmers of all ages and abilities — from babies in Parent & Me classes to adults picking it up for the first time. I have hands-on experience working with children with autism, ADHD, aquaphobia, and Down syndrome, and I take real pride in creating a patient, inclusive, and pressure-free environment where every student feels seen and supported.

I started teaching because I love working with kids — and there's nothing quite like the moment a swimmer's face lights up showing off a new skill, or when they push through something hard and come out the other side more confident and motivated than ever. That moment is why I do this.

I hold my Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification, Lifeguard certification, and CPR certification — so you can feel confident your swimmer is always in safe, qualified hands.
